Phil discusses the Blackberry outage. Justin McElroy discusses kids & health care. A bunch of ship anchors tore up the fiber optic cables. Phil says ‘RIM’ is aptly named.Mr. Hendrie plays some more incoherent 911 tapes. Some disabled woman calling 911 from her bed that was on fire was put on hold and died.
Justin McElroy of Canyon High School, age 16, feels manipulated into caring about health care. He said he overheard his mom tell his dad that Obama’s health plan isn’t going to give her neighbor a better boob job or at least one that isn’t lopsided. The discussion turns into youth & education vs the elderly & health care. Lloyd Bonafide, Korean War Vet, argues with Justin. Justin thinks seniors yell, scream, and don’t wipe. Lloyd doesn’t want kids smoking marijuana under the trees with their baseball caps on backwards. Justin is only interested in a health care plan that would bring people back from the dead. Lloyd says if there was on like that that he’d haunt Justin.

911 phone call played again. 347 Doyle. Bed on fire. Don’t smoke in bed. Phil thinks it probably took so long for the dispatcher to talk to the lady because they were paying the pizza delivery man.
Father McQuarters of Bel Mar Academy weighs in on Obama. WVIE Baltimore caller Margaret discusses the issue with the good father. She plays him a clip of Obama on SNL.
More Britney talk.
