Senator Chris Butters of Utah has problems with the NAACP because he called some legislation ‘black’. It makes Phil wonder why Wolf Blitzer still has a job. West Virginia State Senator ‘Kirk Kweedy’ calls in to discuss an environmental dispute in California. A neighbor with solar panels wants his neighbor with redwood trees to cut them down. His fellow senator ‘Garvin Bay’ joins the discussion and agrees that the redwood trees should be cut down. But they also draft legislation to make it a felony to cut down any trees for any reason.
