At the Western Estates Mall Bobbie Dooley noticed she had accidentally bought a pair of $850 shoes on sale that Janis Greely already had a pair of as the store was closing. She flipped out on tape as she banged her face on the window and floor of the store when the manager of the store suggested she try payless shoe store because they were still open. She eventually knocked herself unconscious and bloody. She admits that trying to use her face to open the store door and breaking her nose against the floor were unsuccessful methods. Bobbie also lost two teeth in the attempt. When Phil points out that she sounded like she was screaming like a banshee, her husband Steve Dooley thinks Mr. Hendrie called her a ‘bitch’. Bud Dickman notes that she sounds like she is all in a heap.
